Our speaker will be Dr. James J. Wirtz, former professor, Department Chairman and Dean at the Naval Postgraduate School. His topic, "Nation-building” -- the effort to build democracies and prosperous market economies under military and political pressure, focusing on Afghanistan.
Social Hour at 11 AM, Lunch at Noon in the Pebble Beach Room at the Lodge.
